Here you will find the documents explaining how PERSONLIS uses the data and materials you upload, which consents it requires and how you can withdraw them.

Before creating the avatar
To use your photo and voice, we ask for a declaration of ownership or authorisation and two separate consents. Your choices are linked to your account and recorded with the date, version, language and text.
The people you choose
You can name the people you wish to entrust with your avatar and leave instructions for its use. Naming someone records your wishes; it does not create separate access or technically restrict the account’s functions.
You can change your mind
You can change or remove the people you have named and withdraw consent for your photo and voice. Withdrawal does not automatically delete your account or uploaded materials. For deletion, see the privacy and consent documents.
After your death
Information about the people you have named and requests concerning the avatar after your death is provided in the dedicated document.
