PERSONLIS — Version 2.0 — 15 September 2026
PERSONLIS creates an animated avatar from a photograph and a synthetic voice from a recording. In your personal space you can separately choose whether to authorise use of the photograph and voice. Boxes are not preselected when you have not yet made a choice.
When you tick either box, you confirm the following declaration, displayed with the consents:
I declare under my responsibility that the photo and voice are mine, or that I have demonstrable permission from the person concerned to create and use their avatar and synthetic voice through PERSONLIS.
If the material concerns someone else, before uploading you must have obtained their demonstrable authorisation specifically to create and use their avatar or synthetic voice through PERSONLIS. Your declaration does not replace that person’s consent, and you must be able to demonstrate the authorisation.
You must not upload photographs or voice recordings of minors to create or use an avatar.
Photograph: I consent to the use of the photograph to create and animate the avatar.
Voice: I consent to the use of the recording to create and use a synthetic voice that imitates it.
You may tick only one box. Both are needed to create and use an avatar with an animated face and synthetic voice. If you do not authorise a use, you may not use the corresponding feature; the account remains active.
Each saved choice and withdrawal of consent is linked to your account and recorded with server date and time, version, language and the displayed declaration and consent texts. New records do not delete earlier ones. If saving fails, an error message appears: try again, because the change has not yet been recorded.
If use of another person’s material is disputed, the Provider may request proof of authorisation and review the report, including suspending use of the material during verification.
You can withdraw a choice by unticking the corresponding box in your personal space. Withdrawal concerns future processing based on the withdrawn consent and does not affect prior lawful processing. It does not automatically delete your account or previously uploaded materials.
